Renisa Amy Beckley

Head of HR & Admin

The Head of HR & Admin, Renisa Amy Beckley, reports to the Director. She provides range of support services across all functions to ensure that existing Reform Programme is implemented in a timely, efficient and effective manner. This includes, ensuring the right caliber of staff are recruited and retained. Also, oversee the procurement function to ensure value for money, and provide necessary expertise as and when required in implementing the Public Sector Reform initiatives.

Renisa is a goal oriented, results-driven individual with over 14 years diverse work experience with private companies, public institution, UN funded project, and Oil & Gas Exploration Company. Her areas of expertise have been Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Procurement, Project implementation, and new country entry set up. She was involved in the successful institutional development of the Anti-Corruption Commission and the entire setting up of Talisman Energy Sierra Leone BV and Terra Nova Solutions offices in Sierra Leone.

Renisa holds an MBA degree from the University of Cape Coast (CUC Accra campus), Ghana, and a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Studies from the University of Sierra Leone (IPAM). She also obtained a Certificate in Investment Securities (Stock Market) from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
