Mohamed Abdulai a development, project and Administrative practitioner with over ten years’ experience working in the development, humanitarian, public and private sectors with Bollore Africa Logistics, National Commission for Social Action, Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority and Public Sector Reform Unit. My technical expertise includes the provision of technical support, oversight, and direct assistance in the areas of strategic planning and coordination, policy, programme and project design and management, high quality research design and implementation, data analysis, networking, partnerships, concept notes, and proposal writing. Mr. Mohamed Abdulai holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature/Linguistics, from Njala University respectively
