PSRU, IFES Meet to Deliberate on Modalities for ECSL MFR Report
PSRU and IFES continue their consultations and collaboration regarding the Management and Functional Review for ECSL, in fulfillment of Resolution six of the tripartite recommendations.
Today’s deliberations centered around consolidating data from extensive nation-wide field work that were conducted in December, 2024.
Director of PSRU, Mr Sulaiman Phoray-Musa, commended PSRU Review Team and IFES for their relentless sacrifices and hard work during the review process, noting that their efforts will contribute greatly in repositioning ECSL to carry out their constitutional mandate efficiently and effectively.
Mr. Sulaiman Phoray Musa states they are at the most critical part of the report, wherein data that have been generated from field work will be scrutinized and analyzed.
He admonished the review team to deliver a report that will stand the test of time, one which will contribute in strengthening our nescient democracy, peace and stability.
He informed the team that the draft report should be submitted by the end of January 2025 and the final report should be ready for submission to the Chief Minister by the second week of February, 2025.
