The Corporate Services Unit ensures the smooth operation and success of the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU). By providing strategic support in HR, Procurement, Financial management, operational efficiency, compliance, and ICT, the Corporate Services Unit enables the other units’ Heads to focus on the primary mission of implementing reforms that improve governance and public service delivery.
Furthermore, the unit plays a pivotal role, offering a backbone of support to the director and other team members so that they can operate optimally and deliver their core mandate to the public efficiently, transparently, and accountable.
