PSRU Meets with ACC on Asset Declaration

Staff of the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU) on Tuesday 19th March met with the Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC Team, on asset declaration for 2024.

Welcoming the ACC Team, the Director of PSRU, Mr. Sulaiman Phoray-Musa, said the core mandate of PSRU is to conduct Management and Functional Reviews for MDAs that foster transparency and accountability for efficient and effective service delivery.

Mr Phoray Musa said, PSRU is working diligently with the ACC as asset declaration is a tool to curb corruption and enforce transparency and accountability.

Giving the purpose of their visit, Mr Lewellyn Okonor, Data Analyst, ACC said was to assist personnel of PSRU to navigate through the process of filling their asset declaration forms without hurdles.

Mr. Okonor, said the aim of the asset declaration process is for Public Servants to adhere to the principles of fighting corruption in the country.
