Chief of Programmes
Albert holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and a Master of Public Administration from Fourah Bay College and Njala University respectively, while also awaiting another Master of Philosophy in Public Administration. Albert has vast experience and expertise in institutional reforms, policy development and analysis and project management. Albert has experience in diverse areas working with Kingho Mining Company as HR Manager, eHealth Africa as District Project Coordinator and Data Manager in a project funded by the US Centre for Disease Control. Albert was appointed as Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, before he was later transferred to the Public Sector Reform Unit. Working in the Public Sector Reform Unit, Albert has led and coordinated several Institutional reforms for MDAs, including providing technical support in the coordination and establishment of the Wages and Compensation Commission. Albert Williams currently serves as the Chief of Programmes, providing technical leadership in the implementation of functions related to the various technical Units in the Institution. Albert also provides technical and strategic support to the Director for the successful implementation of PSRU’s mandate and core functions.
