Cecilia Turay is a highly organised self-starter with excellent people skills and ability to build relationships, communicate solutions, manage others and provide effective support services. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications with Honors. She has developed her career by working in various institutions in the private and public sector. She first started off as a reporter at the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Cooperation (SLBC), after which she worked as a customer care officer at Sierra Wi-Fi. She later enlisted into the Sierra Leone Police, and servedd in various capacities in the Integrated Intelligence Services (IIS), Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and Media and Public Relations Unit.
