Haakawa Braima Gbessay Moseray

I am Principal Analyst Institutional Reform Public Sector Reform Unit (September 2024). Prior to this appointment, served as firstly Deputy Director Policy and Planning then later Deputy Director Research at the National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA). Had international experiences working with UNDP South Sudan and UNFPA in South Sudan, and Afghanistan respectively. Have several years working with various institutions such as the European Commission Delegation in Sierra Leone, the Anti-Corruption Commission, Sierra Leone and the Public Sector Reform Unit and the Peace and Development Initiative within the Governance Reform Secretariat. I hold MSc International Development (Conflict, Security and Development) from the University of Birmingham, U.K. in addition to Postgraduate Diploma in Population Studies and a Bachelor of Science Economics (BSc Econs.) from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Has several years working with consultancy firms; Conflict Management and Development Associates (CMDA) and Local Governance Forum (LGF).
