Currently, he serves as a Project and Resource Mobilization Analyst for the Public Sector Reform Unit, where he effectively utilizes his strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of projects. In his previous role as the General Manager at Cricket Sierra Leone, Alim demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing operations and fostering the growth of cricket, particularly through initiatives aimed at increasing female participation in the sport. His efforts were instrumental in the success of the Cricket Sierra Leone, Cricket for Good Social initiative project, which was recognized by the International Cricket Council (ICC) as the best project initiative in the Africa Region for 2023.Sheku has a proven track record of managing projects that enhance operational efficiency and secure funding.
