Overview

The Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU) plays a central role in steering the modernization of Sierra Leone’s public service. As the Government’s lead institution for reform coordination, technical backstopping and strategic advisory support, PSRU works across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to strengthen governance systems, improve service delivery and promote a professional, efficient and citizen-focused public sector.
